PMTR-9846, PMTR-10889	When trying to display staging logs of IPS Protections, SmartConsole exits or gets stuck on 10% while loading.
PMTR-16498, PMTR-15608	When changing implicit cleanup action from "Accept" to "Drop" (and vice versa) in the Access rulebase, the text under the rulebase remains the same.
PMTR-17487, PMTR-15863	"Failed to initialize RB" error message when discarding changes from rulebase.
