The logs were showing that there was already a process running. Support couldn't help me during the first 3 meeting so I basically configure a Cron to Automate the commands of the sk100403 to kill the process of the backup some minutes before the scheduled backup over FTP.

"These are are commands of the sk 100403, I only removed the first 3 files and managed to run a backup over FTP"

  • /var/CPsnapshot/tmp/cpbackup_util_*.lock
  • /var/CPsnapshot/tmp/backup_util.lock
  • /var/CPbackup/backups/.last_backup_status
  • /var/log/CPbackup/backups/.last_backup_status
