Same issues here.
THe main issue here is that everyone at CheckPoint seems to only care about the button they are assigned to press, and do not bother to worry if things work up & down the chain in these cases. hence we get stuck and are told as a customer to reach out to X,Y,Z to get it fixed. and this way you keep going at it over & over & over. mine still dosnt work after multiple tries. Even my Local Office has stopped responding to me regarding these cases so i dont even get any help here in Denmark regarding these things..
lost a customer last month due to a Quote on a Gateway that i recieved 2½ weeks later than when i was supposed to get it.. 🙂
