Unable To See CCSA Certificate associated with my account

Hi Team,

I have given the CCSA exam on 25th September 2021, however I still  haven't received my Certificate in my Checkpoint Account, it's showing me that "According to our records, no certification information was found for priya.sh.0512@gmail.com". Please, let me know what should I do? to have my certificate ASAP. I have appeared for an exam through Pearson Vue. I do have a Score Report with me let me know if I need to share it with you.

It usually takes up to three weeks for certificate to appear on your usercenter account. As @Timothy_Hall mentioned, you can reach out to @Jason_Tugwell to see if there is a chance to speed this up.

It should be there now as we had sync issues on Friday.
