Missing CCSA Certification

Hi,

I came to know about this forum recently, 

I passed CCSA exam a long time ago (probably in 2005 or 2006), I have lost the certificate in checkpoint portal or to my email (not sure which email I was using at that time). And also I cannot see my certification under My Certifications page., Please, is there a chance to get my certificate on CCSA? Though i knew it would got expired but i feel still it is worth having it since I'm looking for returning to Security area., that would be useful.

Can some one help me on this or Is there anyone I can contact to check this?
