Linux for checkpoint

Hi,

I am looking to make career in checkpoint and want to pursue CCSA certification. Somebody told me to have an understanding of linux for checkpoint, is it so? And what path should i follow as i have no prior knowledge of this area? Any book to follow, any help will be highly appreciated.

Infos:

- GAIA is a RedHat Linux based operating system.

- I would look for a certified partner and would do a CCSA training.

I've had my CCSM certification for years, so I didn't care about books.

Check Point partners could buy a set of training materials for CCSA, CCSE and CCSM. Ask your local Check Point partner.

So, it means the linux linux commands can be used in checkpoint as well. And it is good to learn basic linux commands for checkpoint.
