Clarification on expired CCSM
Hi,
So my CCSM expired in June of this year. I recently re-took the CCTE, CCVS and CCSE R81 exams (in the order stated) which had all expired, however, my CCSM status hasn't changed.
Does the order of re-certifying matter? If so, would seem a bit pedantic considering all of the above are now 'valid'.
Thanks

Hello @Phil_Harmonic
The order of certifications is critical. Because extensions can happen for the CCSE, CCSM, and CCSM Elite, we had to establish the logic in the User Center.
We tried to clarify this in the FAQ as shown in the snip below.
Based on your explanation if the CCSM was to expire, we would expect you to certify the CCSE + 2 Specialists to reach CCSM again.
However, contact me directly and I will look at your case. We will work with you.
Thanks,
Jason

For context did you have any valid credentials upon expiry of the CCSM or were all lapsed?

Hi Chris,
Thanks for the quick response. Yes, all had lapsed prior to the expiry of the CCSM.
