Check Point ID not showing @ Pearson VUE

I tried to register for an exam to take advantage of the 30% rebate, but logging into Pearson VUE my testing profile is showing "Checkpoint ID pending" a year on after this issue was supposedly resolved.

Contacted Pearson VUE and got a reply this morning that everything is fine from their end.

I would appreciate any help on this matter, Thanks.
