We are not issuing badges for expired certifications. But it's a good time to get recertified and get a new badge 😁

Hello Danny,

can you help me out. So i transferred from one organization to a new one. Since transferring i could not see my badges. I can only see my training in the organization’s training inventory. So now that I wanted to connect this to credly i could not.

@Janixxxx you need to move your certification to your new email address. Please open a non-technical request for this with Account Services, via https://help.checkpoint.com

Make sure to add your new email address at the new organization to your existing Credly account.

Hey Danny,

yeah, my org email in the checkpoint partner portal is already connected to my credly account.

I passed my CSSS 5 days ago but have not yet received Credly badge. Do I need to request it here or wait and it will be issued at some point? I think my CCSA was issued automatically.
