Certificate not shown in User Center
Hello,
i've passed CCSA exam a month ago but there is still no certificate displayed in User Center's profile (Assets/Info, My Certifications).
On my score report it says that it will displayed within three weeks.
Do i need to contact Check Point for this or any other advice?

If you have the same email addresses in Check Point UserCenter and in PerasonVUE profile but still cannot see the exam certificate, then contact certification@checkpoint.com.

I did not have same email address when i passed exam but i changed it couple days later. I'll try to contact support.
