CCSA practice exam

Hi All,

I am sitting for the R80 soon and i've purchased the practice exam on pearsonVue but can't seem to schedule the practice exam. Called pearsonVue twice and they directed me to Checkpoint to ask how to start the practice exam. 

Anyone has a clue?

What does your Pearson VUE dashboard show after Sign-in? Please post a screenshot. Practice exams aren't scheduled. They can only be started within 48 hours after purchase.

Hi Danny,

There is no option for me to schedule anything for practice exam in my dashboard. 

In my email confirmation from pearsonVUE, it states this,

There isn't any option for me to choose in the dashboard. Above is personVue instruction on the practice exam.

Any idea how to access the practice exam from PearsonVue?

@Jason_Tugwell please have a look at this. The candidate is unable to start his practice exam within Pearson VUE.

I think I shall write a refund for the practice exam. Still clueless to how to begin the practice exam. Thanks Danny for the replies! Cheers!
