Has anyone integrated with 'login.gov' for authentication?   I'm wondering if there is a RADIUS option vs managing SAML directly.

No - Select between Open ID Connect (OIDC) or SAML implementation protocols. Also this is US based - so not usable for EMEA users...

I wonder if you could just create a RADIUS object and connect to an inhouse server that handled the SAML.   Similiar to what's possible with okta.
