Exception Traffic from Blade Antivirus
Hello,
I have a problem blocking traffic to a URL.
The traffic from my client's LAN is trying to access a domain like mailcmacica.registro-seguro.com.
This traffic is being blocked by the Cluster Antivirus blade.
I have tried to generate an "Exception" from the same LOG, but even so, the traffic is still being blocked.
The goal is that the LAN users can actually consume the URL.
Is the "Exception" option from the log itself more reliable, or is it better to create a custom rule from the "Threat Prevention" section?
I attach the log, so that you can understand what I have said.
Greetings.

When you generated the exception in this way, how did it appear in the policy?

Im with Chris on this bro, we need to see how it looks in the policy to draw a better opinion, if you will.
Best,
Andy
