One of the things that "broke" when we migrated platforms earlier this year was how discussion threads were shown on the site.
Specifically, replies would not be indented in any way, so it wouldn't be clear what was a response to what.
It created a usability issue for the site.
I won't get into the details of why we didn't have the functionality, but sufficed to say: we now do.
