cluster SMB 1900

hello, after migration from fw1_vt_dep_R81_10_17_996004721 to fw1_vt_dep_R82_00_10_998002112, cluster is not working normaly, a node went down, and it didn't balance on the other node, if I upgrade a node, it moves to the other node after 3-4 minutes, during those minutes, the backend network is down, I also have the problem that a node unexpectedly becomes down, and the services do not move to the other one, and I have to remove the down node from the cluster, and then install it, so that it can switch to the node that remained up.
