wild card /domain objects R81

Version :R81

We are  currently in the process of migrating to Exchange online.    I have added the updatable object for office365 worldwide services and now I have been asked to add the following see attachment which includes requirements for Exchange Hybrid Modern Auth AND future Intune related URLs/IPs.  I saw there was an updatable object for Intune and added that but for some  reason inbound connections are still failing.

1) Has anyone been through this process and is there a standard process for adding rules  for office365 and Intune please?

2) What the best way to add 600 entries in attachment and what should they be added as wilecards/domains/URLs?

3) Also is it like to cause any performances issues ?

Personally, I would start by adding custom app/site category with entried *microsoft* and *azure*...save, install policy. test.
