one of the interface is flapping frequently how to resolve the issue

hi ,

in r81.10 i have cluster gateways in the mds for one of the HA gateway interface is flapping simultaneously  due to that my firewall traffic is shifting continuously its happening in both the firewall what will be reason and how can i resolve the issue

Something wrong with the interface? Is it going up / down all the time? Any errors on this port (tx,rx).
