heckpoint backup command getting error
We are unable to take the checkpoint firewall backup from CLI getting error.

You can’t use clish commands at an expert prompt.
Type “clish” to get into clish first.

post changes in CLI mode we are able to take backup but unable to access firewall via WinScp.

Did you simply switch into CLISH or did you change the users default shell?
For WinSCP access the default shell needs to be /bin/bash so some prefer a dedicated user for this access method.

we have created new user in bash mode, but unable to set password and getting error as bad password.

How precisely are you setting the password?
You can't do it from expert mode, it must be done via clish.
In any case, I hope you are taking a backup so you can upgrade to a supported release (R80.40 and above).

Your truncated screenshot clearly indicates you've tried to change the password using the standard Linux command passwd.
That is not a clish command and is not a supported way to change a user's password.
The correct clish command is: set user myuser password
Or you can do it in the Gaia portal.
