delete appliances R80.10

hi i neced delete two appliances 

the version chk is R80.10

i have this error

Deleted in Dashboard ? Where / when does the error appear ? Better contact CP TAC to remove remains using DBedit !

One thing you can also try as @G_W_Albrecht mentioned is you can search for this value in guidbedit and see if you can find it there and delete, but if you get same error there as well, I really believe link I gave in my first response will help you.
