Version/JHF level of all gateways and management?
What Software Blades are enabled on the gateways?

Your options for doing this could be one or more of:

• Network Feed (Requires R81.20, creates an object that can be used in Access Policy)
• IOC Feeds (uses Threat Prevention blades, see https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk132193) 
• Scripting fw samp or similar rules: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk112454 

It depends on the precise requirements/configuration.
