Working without connection to checkpoint servers
Will the HWA work correctly in case of prolonged unavailability of checkpoint servers (of course, within the scope of the license).
And what does the phrase from sk103882 "The majority of Anti-Bot functionality requires connectivity to the online Check Point ThreatCloud service" mean - which part of the antivirus functions will become unavailable if there is no connection to the cloud?

Not sure what HWA is.
Connection to the ThreatCloud is required for 99% of Threat Prevention functionality. You can find details in the admin guide, for example, here

I would have formulated my question more clearly:
Will the protection work correctly, but the security databases will be "frozen" at the time of the last update? I.e. new threats will not be worked out? Or will the protection not work correctly at all?

Anti-Bot and Anti-Virus query ThreatCloud in realtime.
Without a connection to the Internet, unless you are using Offline Updates and/or Private ThreatCloud, AV/AB will likely not function.
