Sounds like an Exchange issue - or does sending work without MAB ?

initially I didn’t quite understand the question, we have MAB, but letters with attachments larger than 8mb are not sent

Are you atleast running the latest JHF on the gateway?
R77.30 version and 4400 hardware are both beyond their end of support milestones at this point and upgrades are necessary.

Chris is 100% right, both 4000 appliance and R77.30 are out of support. Having said that, if you tried the sk mentioned, would you mind sending us a screenshot of the Guidbedit value changes, so we can at least verify its corretc?
