Unboxing 3600 Appliance

Few days ago this little toy arrived and because it is relatively new device in CheckPoint product line I decided to take few pictures for you. Sorry that some pics are poor quality.

Product came with DHL in two card boxes for extra protection:

CheckPoint kindly printed for you what firmware to expect. Also, it seems that shipment was from Germany:

Inside there are appliance itself, quick start guide and box with power supplies, cables, etc:

Rear view of the appliance. Switch on the right is not power on/off but a reset button. It is powered on automatically:IMG_20200401_092116.jpg

Front view exposing different ports and a pull out ID tag:

Inside there are the motherboard, Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU C3558 @ 2.20GHz CPU, 1x DDR4 8GB DIMM, 240GB Intel SSD:

Accessories include 2xPSU, power cables, LAN and Console cables, RJ45 Loopback plug, etc:IMG_20200401_100803.jpg

A quick rack mount kit I made from an old R&M patch-panel with power supplies mounted 😁

Appliance mounted in the rack, powered on and ready to serve!
