Standby Device logs not sending to Management Server

Dear Team,

We have a Cluster setup where the Management Server is located in different location.

Issue:Standby firewall logs are not sending to the Management Server.

- When I checked cpstat -f log_serbver mg command in Management Server out put shows Gateway is disconnected.

- As well cpstat -f log_connection fw command output shows no data.

- Not able to find the logs in Smart console.

But I am able to find the logs of Active firewall in Smart conslole and command output shows it is connected.

I am able to ping to MangementServer from Standby device.

From the Management Sever when we run the command "netstat -an | grep 257" not able to find the IP of Standby device.

Attached the netstat output from the both the Gateways.

Can you help me on this how to proceed further.
