Security managment Appliance -205 upgrade

HI

I have checkpoint Security management Gateway appliance Smart-205 R77.30 wants to offline  upgrade  R80.

please share the steps...

Smart-1 205 appliance is supported for up to R80.40 version, but not with R81. It already has End of engineering support in place since September 2020. I would strongly advise considering to replace it with a newer appliance.

If you still want to upgrade, however, look into sk160736 for full documentation and upgrade package download.

At a minimum ensuring the appliance also has the max RAM population prior is recommended.
