SSL extender issue in R81.10

Hey guys,

Hope someone can give me a pointer here. I tried to test this for a customer, but have a problem when trying to connect with ssl extender...I get below message and have no idea why, as everything for it is enabled and user I created is not restricted anywhere. I cant find any sk's about this, so not sure why it keeps popping up?

Any suggestions? By the way, mobile access is NOT enabled. Oddly enough, other gateway I tested, MA blade was enabled, but it never gets proper office mode IP when I connect to that firewall...why, thats another mystery.

I think I got it, but now could be java on my laptop, so will ask one of my colleagues to test. Option under gateway properties -> vpn clients -> authentication -> "allow older clients to connect" was unchecked.
