Hi Team,
We have upgraded R80.20 Gateway to R80.40 Latest Hotfix and R80.40 Hotfix173, we have enabled MVC because of Gateway 2 we have not upgraded because of failover purposes.
after migrating the service to R80.40 in that movement we have got updates from Australian side customers who are not able to hear voices once they dial our contact number.
We have not found any drops related to the Australian IP address #fw ctldebug +drops | < Australian IP range>
we have captured packets from the Peer side gateway and our gateway too. according to the findings, Our R80.40 GW 1 did not respond RTP. kindly check the below diagrams.
Does any one have any idea to resolve this issue?
