RTP VoIP Calls Issues R80.40 Latest Hotfix

Hi Team,

We have upgraded R80.20 Gateway to R80.40 Latest Hotfix and R80.40  Hotfix173, we have enabled MVC because of Gateway 2 we have not upgraded because of failover purposes. 

after migrating the service to R80.40 in that movement we have got updates from Australian side customers who are not able to hear voices once they dial our contact number. 

We have not found any drops related to the Australian IP address  #fw ctldebug +drops | < Australian IP range> 

we have captured packets from the Peer side gateway and our gateway too. according to the findings, Our R80.40 GW 1 did not respond RTP. kindly check the below diagrams. 

Does any one have any idea to resolve this issue?

There are likely to many variables here to cover without doing proper troubleshooting via a remote session so recommend discussing with TAC.

With that said did you have any specific kernel parameters set prior to upgrade and have those remained?

Hi,

Is there any way to check the parameters in the old FW 2 with a new one? because according to my knowledge no specific kernel parameter changes. 

Kindly guide.

Compare the contents of $FWDIR/boot/modules/fwkern.conf

Only I can find the below output with both gateways. 

[Expert@Gateways]# cat $FWDIR/boot/modules/fwkern.conf
fwsyslog_enable=1

 

Have you face any issues like this?  this effect only Australian side. other countries working fine. that time log I Have attached can you please give some idea based on that.
