Product: Quantum Spark 1570
OS : R81.10.10
Issue :
There is a Quantum Spark 1570 Gateway, It's WAN Port to connected Point to point link (25MB) it's connected to Head office. DNS & PABX services getting from Head office. Internet also have this link.
DMZ Port to connected 1G Internet link all users internet getting from using this link. Default route created for the this link side.
The issue is time to time these links are down after a few minutes it's getting normal. but the internet is not disconnected it's effected by Voice.
Notifications are shown as below,
That time Internet side links are showing like this.
Routing is configured like this
Both Links were also checked with the ISP, and they said there were no any issues with the links.
Please give a solution for this one.
The reason given in the logs for the WAN failover is "high latency."
You may, therefore, wish to adjust this setting higher so it doesn't fail over.
Or change the probing hosts to something on the ISP itself (versus these public DNS servers).
How are the following things configured in Device > Network > Internet?
Note that you may want to adjust these thresholds based on your environment.

You missed one of the pieces of information I asked for.
Here's where to find it with a screenshot:
The defaults for this look something like:
If you have sensitive data here (i.e. the specific hosts), mask that before posting.
If it looks like the above, you might want to adjust this based on your specific needs.
I didn't change any configurations here. It's like bellow :

I Configured the Monitoring link DNS Now It's working. I think the issue was resolved.
I Monitored after the configured Monitoring link DNS, WAN links didn't go down. I checked one hour, and it's not got the link down. before the Monitoring link DNS configurations, it's down every 10 to 5 minutes.
Thanks for the Support.
What "Probing settings" are configured?
If DNS server ping is selected for example via which link/s are those reachable...
The head office side DNS Server is Reachable, the Head office side AD is also Reachable & Voice is also working from the head office side PABX Issue is from time to time Voice is not working.
