Maestro Madness
Please tell me the number of quantum cpu model and cores
As of 2023
For example, quantum 3600 intel xeon~
16200 intel xeon ~~
Please let me know the cpu spec for all product lineups like this
Check Point don't publish the detailed appliance hardware specifications.
With that said the number of CPU cores is available on the datasheet.
3600 has 1x CPUs, 4 physical cores
16200 has 2x CPUs, 24 physical cores, 48 virtual cores

Quantum Spark 1800 has x1 CPU with 12 cores I believe, but you also need to know the CPU model as well.
Formal Spec sheet, it suggests 1800 is roughly the same throughput as a 6200 appliance (which also has 4 cores - I suspect this is the same CPU as the 5200 appliance which has 2 cores, but with hyperthreading enabled).
There was an unofficial site tracking this information, but it has not been updated for a long time:

Best bet is to start a new thread asking for someone already in possession of the appliance models you seek to run cat /proc/cpuinfo from expert mode and post the results.
Seen that site before...I have to admit, this has always been my favorite part of it: - )
I think datasheet is your best friend, otherwise, maybe double check with your local SE.
