Performance firewall 6000

I notice that my firewall is processing very high, is there any document to improve its performance

You have a stuck fw monitor packet capture running which is driving up the CPU, run fw monitor -U to kill it. 

If CPU usage is still high please provide the outputs from the Super Seven:
