Manual failover question

What is the process of manually trigger a failover in a cluser XL of two 7000 appliances?

I recall there was a way by increasing priority of the standby unit but don't have the detail on how to do it.

We are using SmartConsole 81.10.

Most common method is via CLI using: "clusterXL_admin down|up"

Changing the priority in smartconsole is a less common method.
