Mail transfer agent issue

Hey guys,

Apologies for this, as I have somewhat limited info, and though customer had TAC case with senior engineer and they did bunch of debugs/captures, they were told this is an issue with Microsoft side bouncing emails and MS support is blaming Check Point.

Essentially, they have CP gateway configured as mail transfer agent. From what I gather, TAC determined there were really no issues on CP side, as far as drops, routing, but I still wanted to get community opinion.

This is R81.20 jumbo 113. Im attaching some things my colleague who spoke to them about it sent me.

Tx as always. I do have diagram thats draw.io, but does not let me attach it for some reason, so I took screenshots.

Just to update on this...customer informed me their SE had an escalation engineer verify everything and its 100% not CP fw issue.

Has anyone actually looked at the SMTP logs from the Exchange environment?
I've often had the problem that it took days of searching on the CP side before someone from the MS environment took pity on me and searched their site, and lo and behold, important insights were found.
