Apologies for this, as I have somewhat limited info, and though customer had TAC case with senior engineer and they did bunch of debugs/captures, they were told this is an issue with Microsoft side bouncing emails and MS support is blaming Check Point.
Essentially, they have CP gateway configured as mail transfer agent. From what I gather, TAC determined there were really no issues on CP side, as far as drops, routing, but I still wanted to get community opinion.
This is R81.20 jumbo 113. Im attaching some things my colleague who spoke to them about it sent me.
