Installing Hotfix CPUSE R80
Hi,
I need to install a JHotfix HF254 for the management because of a bug in showing logs.
This is the HF we have to install:
Check_Point_R80_10_JUMBO_HF_Bundle_T154_sk116380_FULL.tgz
Looking at the procedure for HF installation, i have to go to GAIA, upload the packet and install. right? anything to keep in mind before this installation?? any procedure to install the HF?
which is the rollback workaround? how to delete this installed HF??
i used to install HF from CLI via ./ (legacy) so im new in CPUSE and R80.
thanks

I assume that you are running R80.10 without an installed hotfix?
Normally this is very uncomplicated. If your Management is connected to the Internet, let it check for updates and then use the Verify feature to check the hotfix for applicability. If the Management is not connected, you must first manually import the CPUSE package.
The installation restarts the Management! Uninstallation is basically possible and will restore the initial state in your case. Otherwise, you can also take a snapshot of the Management beforehand.
