Identity Agent for Terminal Servers - users not authenticated

Hi all,

I have a problem with the Agent for terminal servers which is not working as expected.

I have a server that is used by some users as a bridge to reach other resources, so I've installed the Identity Agent for TS (muh v2) on it and I can see that users are logged in, but their status is Not Authenticated.

The agent is correctly connected, but Access Roles are not working.

What am I missing?
