IN /VAR/LOG/messages keep getting Stopping CUL mode

I am keep seeing below error messages in /var/log. However we realized at times our CPU utilization peaking over 80%. Since last 24 hours we are experiencing degraded Network performance and latency for the devices sitting behind the FW.  Please advise.

Please start a new thread, everyone dogpiling into this one is making it hard to follow.  CUL is not the problem, it is a symptom of the real problem which is high CPU load which can be caused by many different things.  Once again CUL itself is not the issue, and until you provide the Super Seven outputs (ideally taken when CUL is in effect) and enabled_blades any attempts to assist will be purely speculative.  It is probably something in your IPS config, or accidentally using Any instead of object Internet in the Destination of APCL/URLF rules causing the high CPU load.
