Since people ask me to make video about this constantly, I finally got around to it. I made a post about this before, but I believe it was just a doc with bunch of screenshots.
Here is one thing I often see people miss when it comes to ssl inspection...you have to make sure whatever certs are "involved", they are listed in TRUSTED root cert store, otherwise, it wont work properly.
Also, you will see in my video how gateway should be configured.
Apologies if video might be little longer, but I wanted to make sure I cover everything. However, if I missed anything, I always welcome feedback (good or bad, I wont get offended, haha).
