Hi team!
It just so happens that someone took the disks out of our 23800 along with the trays for them.
Could you please tell me what SKU the disk caddy for the 15000 and 23000 series appliances has?
Perhaps there are alternatives that fit?
Remember parts for 2016 series appliances are typically no longer orderable (End-of-sale) so the local office may or may not be able to assist but start there.
Recommend engaging with your local SE on this for a possible solution, note however these accessories are End-of-sale.
The relevant HDD/SDD SKUs otherwise are as follows:
CPAC-HDD-1TB-B
CPAC-SSD-480G-B
Thanks Chris! Do I understand correctly that when ordering these items they are delivered not as disks only, but as a kit (as a new disk installed in new trays)?
I'm not aware of the caddy being orderable as a separate part so best to check with your SE who can make the necessary inquiries either way.
An interesting case for a local office, @Zabula_Sergey 🙂
There's no markings on the caddy themself: no stickers or engraving 😞
Remember parts for 2016 series appliances are typically no longer orderable (End-of-sale) so the local office may or may not be able to assist but start there.
So for the 7000 appliance which is in the catalog by now, the SKU for the drive caddy should exist?
Based on below link, does not appear so...: - (

As partners, we have limited access to the catalog. I assume that SE and other CP employees have much wider access to the catalog 🙂
Typically if it's not listed in the accessory guide it would be something you'd either have to take up with your SE or isn't possible.

Your link reminded me about a plug for a missing power supply 🙂 physically it is in the appliance, but it is not specified and is not in the catalog 🙂
I even searched CP catalog site (https://catalog.checkpoint.com) , but was unable to locate such part.
I would do what Chris advised.
