How to import many subjects into Anti-Spam & Mail Block List

I have blocked hundreds of IP addresses, domains and email addresses by mail server. Now I want to migrate them to Anti-Spam & Mail Block List on Checkpoint 6400 (r81.10) 

I knew that Checkpoint 6400 can be control with CLI but I have never done.

I used to added each IP address (or domain or email address) to Anti-Spam Block List by Smart Dashboard. However with hundreds of subjects, I hope that there is a way to import them from a list file such as .csv.

Please help me with this. Thank you very much in advanced!

To the best of my knowledge, there is no CLI/API command for anything to do with the Anti-Spam/Mail Block List features.
