Hi all,
we have recently observe that Admin are not able access R77 Mgmt boxe via SSH but whereas we are able to access dashboard but not able push policy from there.
can you guys help me on this issue.
Lack of SSH access may be a firewall issue (I.e. something between your client and firewall is blocking the connection).
What are the precise error message you see when you attempt to push policy?
What is the precise version/JHF level of your management?

Earlier we are able to login with same password and same scenario.
Is there any chance that any of gaia folder name change create this issue if yes what can be solution??

Please answer the questions I asked previously.
If you can't access via SSH you may want to try via the console instead where you may be able to see additional errors.
