First time wizard stucks at 90% R80.40

Hi All,

Anybody has any experience with first time wizard on Fujitsu open server (with R80.40)?

It stucks at 90%. I tried in CLI, however there is no percent displayed, but the wizard stucks.

After reboot, when I log in to GAIA portal, it notify me, the configuration is in progress....

I found this article, but this for r77.30

The iso: Check_Point_R80.40_T294.iso

@PhoneBoy

I do not have screenshot jet.

I see 90% on the 3rd configuration step (last) in first time wizard.

Maybe you can try this https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solut...

Keep in mind that full ha is not supported with this cli tool

I had that happen twice and best solution I found was this...on the PC you are doing this from, hit windows + R and type "iexplore". That will open old version of IE and make sure you enable all options under advanced for ssl and tls and then try again. I am pretty confident that will work...however, IF for some odd reason it does not and sems like image used is correct, my best advice would be to do a factory reset, as it wont do much harm, since its failing anyway.

Let us know how it goes.

Last time i faced this symptom was when i made a mistake at disk partitioning and one of the partitions was too small.

and now to something completely different - CCVS, CCAS, CCTE, CCCS, CCSM elite

Tomorrow I going to test both tips.

About the partitions: I used the default settings

Thank You!

Vincent does make a logical point, though if you left partitions by default, it simply means system itself is allocating the space based on HDD capacity and OS requirements. Yes, let us know how it goes, hope it works out.

As I promised I inform both of you.

I had to make the installer image with jhf48 (in HCL JHF 25 or up was written)
After booting from this image, there is no problem.

I missed the column when I check the version of the open server  (Fujitsu RX2540 M5)

Thanks again the tips, it was my fault.
