Firewall blocking - Destination Object * makop

Currently I have the domain * makop blocked on the firewall. Today I experienced a behavior where the IP 169.46.89.xx in the part of "Destination Object" marked it as * makop, then the firewall blocked the communication.

After a few minutes, the firewall re-allowed communication, and we saw that it no longer appeared in Destination Object as makop. On the basis of what does this checkpoint categorization do?

I recommend a TAC case here.
Possible this is a false positive of sorts.
