Firewall Logging Issue

Hello.

We recently had one of our security gateways replaced due to hardware failure. Since then, we have not been able to browse to the Gaia portal, and also logs have not been sent to the management servers.

What could be causing these issues, and are there any recommendations that could be provided, short of resetting the gateway, please?

Check the basic connectivity settings: routing and policy rules.

Didi you have RMA? How exactly did you replace that GW? How do you know the logs are not coming? What was done to troubleshoot?
