Enabling Check Point FW in Transparent Mode
Hello,
I have a CP model 9700 that we need to work in TRANSPARENT MODE (L2 only).
Do I need to activate something special in the FW to work in this mode?
The FW already has the initial installation which was configured as 'Security Gateway', so from this point on, it will be necessary to reinstall the Gaia OS?
Thanks for your comments.

Hey brothger, nice to see you again on here! Its been some time since I did this, but should be straight foreard, you pretty much set up bridge mode in web UI or clish and then make sure its reflected in smart console topology as well. Its documented well below.

Hey, Broo.
I already have the CP with the GAIA OS with the ‘Security Gateway’ option.
According to the document I understand that with as is, it meets part of the requirements.
I do not think it is necessary to do a ‘Fresh Install’ and raise the CP as Standalone mode, right?
Cheers.
