ClusterXL stuck in Standby and down

I applied a Jumbo hot fix to a cluster member and now it's stuck in Standby and Down. Please help.

Check the setting for the CCP (Actual per interface: Multicast/Unicast/Broadcast) by checking cphaprob -a if 

had a similar issue last night while doing a move, after a reboot of the moved box it came right back.
