Checkpoint SSL Mobile Access Portal Agent Install

Hi,

I have checkpoint r80.40 configured with SSL remote access vpn and when I type the ssl vpn url every time it asks me to download the mobile access portal agent.

I have attached an image of what is happening. Is there a reason why this is asking every time a user is connecting? I would really appreciate any help that you can provide.

Do you have the correct version of JDK installed? See: sk113410

Is the Gateway also R80.40 or earlier version...?
