Are you looking to compare the whole active routing table including dynamic routing or simply the configuration of static routes?

Capturing and comparing the output of "show configuration static-route" in a tool such as diff would also achieve the outcome.

Windows tools such as Notepad++ or WinMerge also provide compare features.

As mentioned you can diff the output using various means.

If this is a consistent operational issue for you, then you should look at synchronizing this with cloning groups.
