Checkpoint OS Kernel
Hi,
I heard recently that checkpoint was planning to upgrade the OS Kernel soon.
Does anybody know anything about it? Dates, implications, etc?
Will it be in R80.10 or perhaps in a totally new release?
I guess that list of supported open server will be required to be totally refreshed then, right?

All the information which I know about the new kernel I got from here:
New Early Availability Program - New Gaia OS for Security Management Server
I would like to get some more details too, but I suppose it is too early for that.

This was discussed as part of: https://community.checkpoint.com/community/checkmates-live/blog/2017/09/02/i-am-dorit-dor-vp-of-prod...
It's definitely in the plans, but cannot get into specific timeframes at the moment.
