CheckPoint firewall Upgrade from R80.10 to R82

Hi guys I am upgrading one of Checkpoint Firewall gateway to R80.10 to R82. I can see in GAIA portal it is recommending both R81.20, R81.40 and R82, so I choose to upgrade it to R82 I have downloaded it GAIA portal but when I try to verify it is showing error. I don't have proper license to raise a TAC please help me to resolve this issue. Thanks.

Your text stays R80.10, but your screenshots say R81.10.
Which is good because upgrading from R80.10 requires upgrading through R80.40,
What is the precise error shown when you try to upgrade?

I have downloaded the Software package tools also but it didn't helped me.

@SANTHOSH17-8 you wrote  "I can see in GAIA portal it is recommending both R81.20, R81.40 and R82,....." R82 is not the recommended release actual and your screenshots doesn't show this. R81.20 is the latest recommended version.
