In this video, we build a Check Point R82 Identity Awareness lab and move away from traditional IP-based security to user-based security. Our lab setup includes: Windows Active Directory Server: x.x.x.174 Check Point Security Gateway: x.x.x.150 Windows 10 Client When a user logs into Windows 10, the Security Gateway automatically identifies the user and applies firewall rules based on identity, not IP address.
